On a biennial basis, licensees must renew their license(s). Licensees are given a reminder postcard at least 30 days before their renewal date to remind them that they must renew their license. The postcards are mailed to the licensee's registered address. If you do not keep your address on file up to date, you may not receive the renewal reminder. Licensees must renew each active and inactive license they hold online, and they are advised to do it during regular business hours and well ahead of the deadline.
